Creative Team
Members

A Creative Team Member proclaims and displays the glory and grace of Jesus through music, that all may sing!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Commit to Serve for an Entire Music & Arts Season [ Season = (June - May]

  • Serve up to Twice Per Month as Scheduled

  • Work with Staff, Leaders, and Team to accomplish creative goals, projects, and tasks

  • Pray and Prepare to Serve

  • Be on time and ready to serve

  • Actively Engaged with God and Congregation while Serving

  • Actively Engaged throughout Service with Worship Gathering

  • Actively Engaged with the Creative Team via Slack (Team Chat)

  • Model and Champion M&A Vision & Culture

  • Complete any Training or Development Assignments as Requested

  • Attend Team Events and Meetings as Requested

  • Recruiting, Welcoming, and Supporting a Diversity of New Team Members

  • Stay up to date on Planning Center:

    • Accepting/Declining Serving Requests At Least Two Weeks in Advance

    • Inputting Blockout Dates
