Schedule

  • 6:45a - Arrive | Worship Team Prep on Stage and Choir Team Prep in Green Room (Behind Stage) (This is your time to settle in and get ready)

  • 7:00a - Stage Line Check (Worship Team)

  • 7:15a - Song Run-Through (Worship Team)

  • 7:30a - Choir Team Joins Worship Team on Stage for Run-Through

  • 8:00a - Prayer Gathering in the Theater

  • 8:45a - Team Rally and Walk-Through in the Green Room (Behind the Stage and down the hall)

  • 9:00a - Stage Call: Teams On-Stage and ready to go.

  • 9:01a - Pre-Gathering Video

  • 9:03a - Call To Worship and Service Start!

* attending a service is required. The team usually attends the 11a, but you can attend either one.

** During the 9am service the team will get coffee or hangout together in the greenroom, use this time to get to know, encourage, and pray for your teammates!

*** Since we Livestream both services, you will be on camera while you are on stage, be mindful of your presence and stay engaged with all that is happening.

Arrival

  • Park in the East Lot, closest to the Back Entrance on Bryant Irvin. Enter through back entrance (Grey door).

  • Choir Meet in Green Room (Ask for Help)

  • Worship Team Meet on Stage

Setup & Tear Down (Worship Team Only)

  • Park in the East Lot, closest to the Back Entrance on Bryant Irvin. Enter through back entrance (Grey door).

  • Follow Stage Plot in PCO for where to set up.

  • Follow Cleaning Procedures for setup and tear down.

  • Cleanser and cloths can be found in the band case in the top drawer.

  • Extra In-Ears can be found in the setup case in the drawer labeled IEM. (Bryan Upchurch or Andrew Weaver can assist.)

  • An acoustic, electric, and bass pedalboard is available for instrumentalists. Vocalist stations will be set up by Production.

  • Return In-Ears.

  • Choir Resources: Helpful Tips & Tools to make sure you are feel more confident and ready to lead!

  • In-Ear Monitors (Worship Team Only): If you have your own, bring them. If not, no worries, we have some you can use. Learn our In-Ear Monitor System here.

  • Music Direction: The assigned Worship Leader or a Band Member of Paradox Music will be available to help with Music Direction as needed. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.

  • Questions, Ideas, or Concerns: If you have any questions, ideas, or concerns throughout the week, please let us know ASAP whether on Slack or via email.  For day-of concerns (running late, sickness, etc.), notify the assigned Worship Leader in PCO for the day via Slack, Phone, or email.
