Primary Responsibilities:

• Commit to Serve for an Entire Music & Arts Season [ Season = (June - May]

• Lead Worship through Song at The Paradox Church through Various Ministries as Scheduled

• Serve Twice Per Month

• Serve on Choir Team

• Pray, Practice, and Prepare to Lead

• Be on time and ready to lead.

• Actively Engaged with God and Congregation while Leading

• Actively Engaged throughout Service with Worship Gathering and Team

• Actively Engaged with the Worship Team via Slack (Team Chat)

• Model and Champion M&A Vision & Core Values On & Off Stage

• Complete any Training or Development Assignments as Requested

• Attend Team Events and Meetings as Requested

• Recruiting, Welcoming, and Supporting a Diversity of New Team Members

• Stay up to date on Planning Center:

• Accepting/Declining Serving Requests At Least Two Weeks in Advance.

• Inputting Blockout Dates.
