I commit to the following responsibilities for the upcoming semester.

I Will Lead Worship through Song at The Paradox Church through Various Ministries as Scheduled. I Will Serve 2x Per Month (Except for Reserves). I Will Be on time and ready to lead. I Will Pray, Practice, and Prepare to Lead. I Will Engage with God and the Congregation while Leading. I Will Actively engage with the Music and Arts community via Slack (Team Chat) and in person. I Will Complete any Training or Development Assignments as Requested. I Will Attend Team Events and Meetings as Requested. I Will help Recruit, Welcome, and Support New Team Members with vision, "that all may sing." I Will Accept/Decline Serving Requests in PCO Services At Least Two Weeks in Advance and Input Blockout Dates as requested. I will Model and Champion the M&A Vision and Values Both On and Off Stage (Social Media, Conduct, Relationships, etc.) *Vocalist Only: I will sing in the Prdx Choir on Choir Sundays
